I am trying to see if I can arrange a get together for a Christmas Do at the Ramada Encore hotel in Milton Keynes for either Saturday 6th or 13th December.

Do to going on holiday next week, if you are interested in attending, please could you list your name and how many people and preference of date in order that I can at least secure the date before I go away.

Hotel rooms are £54.00 for a double and includes breakfast.  

You will need to make your own room booking direct with the hotel 01908 545 500 tell them that you are attending the party on the 6th December under the name of Mazda Rotary Club, if possible ask to speak with Jake.
