Don't worry. There will be enough people to help you get you back on the road should anything happen.

Clive is going over in the RX-4 so will have plenly of spare parts with us.

If anyone is seriously interested in attending this event, then I would suggest that at least book the hotel up to ensure that we are all staying at the same hotel.

Anyone got a realistic idea what this trip is gonna cost? Id really like to come but the mrs not keen due to not a lot of holiday time left so if i do come it with be a de carboning hoon in her R3...not that she knows that yet!

Got another expensive year with a trip to OZ and not a lot of holiday time left.

I dont think the westy is a good idea as ill have crap in an hour lol

so hotel, fuel, tunnel approx cost pls? ta

I just booked the hotel for the suggested 3 nights.

Am I correct in my assumption that we will be assembling in the UK prior to catching the ferry over?

This will be my first trip to Rotarystock, so can someone fill me in with the details of the ferry part of the trip?  Thanks

I think it would be OK to book these times as it gives us enough time both ways for the drive to the hotel and for the return journey on the Monday

If anyone is interested in joining us then I would advise to at least make a reservation at the hotel as the hotel does get booked up quite quickly. Also it ensures that we are all staying at the same hotel

Had a discussion with the boss and were gonna wait til we get back from OZ to make a final decision for financial reasons....boring i know im no2 in our house lol

oooooh.  Tempting. I used to visit Holland a lot and I'd love to go back. Alas, we can't committ as Annie's grandson is due a few weeks before and she might be needed for a while afterwards. I'm hoping we can still go, taking a few days extra to explore, but it'll have to be a last-minute decision.

Just a reminder if anyone else is interested in attending this event to Holland, then please at least book the hotel. 

You only need to secure with a card payment and pay on arrival, so should (but hopefully you won't  need to cancel, then you can cancel the booking.

This way it ensures that we are all staying at the same hotel.
