tien hr coilover set up

Hi guys just after a bit of help maybe a case of try and adjust till im happy

Got tien hr coilovers
With adjustable spring load
Separate hight
And rebound
front and rear camber adjust

Just wanted to get an idea of what you guys have roughly setup to get a good base to start from

Car has wheel and suspension wise
350mm front discs on 4 pots and 310 rx8 calipers rear on 18s with 235/40/18 front 305/40/18 rear
Full bush kit front and rear with custom bushes rear where was ball type before (every joint is now uprated not just the kit you can buy) rear has anti steer

will have full wide arch kit with cut down stock rear aches so hight isnt an issue but I don\'t want her slammed want it so arches are about 1 - 1/2 inch clear how wheels

I only intend to use car for track days maybe odd dirft and some sunday driving

Any help would be good.

Will I get new GDB Coilovers from this web, it\'s a best choose and camber ajusters what else do I need.
