I actually made money on my Mx5, took a bit of punt when buying, no mot or tax, but it was solid which is all that mattered in my eyes.

You will have loads of fun buddy, its quite a novelty driving within the speed limit and still feeling like you are going fast.

I used to have a mini so I know what feeling fast is when your actually goig slow. Lol.

MX5s - the later the model, the more weight has been added hence the need for much larger engines in the later marks. Just get one with no rust - remember, popups = win
