Help: Big problems with RotaryArt! Are they still existent?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know, if the company is still existent? Waiting since November 19th for my parts. I paid 2,225.39 GBP with paypal and all I got till today are only lots of excuses.

Since a month they even don\'t answer the phone... maybe they don\'t answer calls from germany any more ;-)

I tried sending them faxes, but also with no luck.

Does someone live near them and can tell me what happend to them?

Having seen a few people with the same problem recently, your best option is to take a trip down there.

EDit, just realised your in Germany. PayPal may be your best bet.

Or your credit card company. Paypal can be crap after a certain length of time since you made the transaction. Credit card companies are normally very good, they\'ll claim the cash back from Paypal who will then claim it from RotaryArt.

And yes, numerous people seem to have problems with them.

I emaild them a few times to order some parts. But never heard frm them.....
Real shame because they can deliver many parts...... But i guess they have enough money.......

I think PayPal will not do anything as November was 8 months ago!!!!!

Paypal will do nothing after this time. You can report problems only 45 days after payment... will not help with special order items :-(

The phone numbers of Rotechnics and RotaryArt are the same, so it wouldn\'t help to call there.

Sorry to hear of your woes. Not sure what to suggest now really. It is really bad on their part, if I were you I would try and do something sooner rather than later.

I paid for one of their hoods, a Shine Auto diffuser, rear badges, key blanks and some used body and interieur parts.
The used parts where their favorite excuse... have to wait for the cars to be stripped.
