need help with hotmail

I\'ve lost the menu bar on my hotmail screen

Can\'t - create - send - delete etc


Every search I\'ve done tells me to use the \'tools\' tab but that\'s gone as well.

Any suggestions on how I can get it back :3Confused

Is this accessing hotmail in a browser or through a mail client like outlook?

I have it as a shortcut in chrome

Microsoft have migrated all hotmail accounts to Outlook.com, the user interface has changed.  Do you see a bar like the picture below at the top of your browser:

No i don\'t have any coloured bar at the top.

I\'ve found I can still use it by pressing hot keys

N - new
R - reply
Delete - delete

Not ideal but keeps me going

Not sure I can be much help but have you tried clearing Chrome\'s cache in case there is a corrupt file? Does hotmail / outlook.com work in Internet Explorer?
