just wondering what time everyone is planning to get there, and where are you traveling from?
just curious as if anyone is going from around the essex / southeast area, we could arrange a convoy to castlecombe?

Hello Sean

Most people attending will travel down the night before as you really need to get in around 7.30 to 8.00am.

Last year the traffic was so bad that people were queuing for hours to get in.

If you can see if there are any rooms still available at the Cpen Park Premier Inn in Chippenham, this is where at few of us will be staying.

I might be there for the drift masters event but at the moment it\'s looking doubtful funds will allow with commitments in rdc and bdc and living in the north east of Scotland cash is tight with all the travelling expenses

ahh i see, in that case ill most likely travel down the morning of the 11th and aim to be at the gates for 6:30am (as stated on their website for club members) then i suppose its just hunting for the club stand hahaha

Don\'t worry Sean when we get the tickets it will tell you what gate to go in to get to the stand also by then we should have a map of the club layout at the event

ohh i didn\'t realise there was a map or anything haha!!

how are the people on the gate usually? my brother who is also attending, but is not in the club wants to drive down following me, will they let him in at the same time as just a spectator or will he have to wait?

if you\'ve not got a club stand or track time....you have to park in the field adjacent to the circuit.

Don\'t worry mate...it gets very busy.....I\'ve been to everyone .....as very local to me.
Its an amazing show....

If you\'ve got a stand pass then you\'ll be inside the circuits complex and only Jap cars. No stand pass Public carpark.

Apparently there opening earlier for Stand pass and later for Public but will be q\'s unless you go ( and know ) the back way in!

If your coming off the motorway at J17 then leave early it will be busy from there to circuit! If you and your mate have not got stand passes then prob best to go in 1 car...but thats no fun!  Watch out for the Rozzers...its a turkey shoot for them !

Track passes and club stand entry is also from 6.30 am this year!
