New bushes RX7 FD, purchased in UK

Hi everyone,

I have found some posts on bushes and the stickies on how to replace, but I still have some questions.
1. Does anyone recommend a retailer here in the UK?
2. Is there a recommended brand?
3. Do people typically replace them all at once? (rear tie bar, track control arms need doing, front anti roll and track rod ends too)
4. Should I get my car tracked afterwards?
5. If I were to get this done in a garage how much would it cost roughly? (I live near Reading if that matters..)

Any other general advice on handling? My car is decidedly twitchy and I cant drive it for toffee :wiggle, so I thought get the bushes done and get a track day and perhaps some lessons

I used a mates press to do the ones in the \'a\' arms on the rear.
I replaced only what was worn - done 3 so far, another one to be done now!
They are spherical bearings so I would go with the mazda ones which are unfortunately about £55 a pop
