Brakes & Suspension

Hi everyone,

I need some help on what kind off suspension and brake discs I should get, firstly I need to change my rear brake discs and I wanted to replace them with better ones but I don\'t want to go for a bigger brake disc setup where I have to change everything I just want to get brake discs that are a straight swap but better then standard, I\'ve searched online and only could find black diamonds. They are the same size as the standard ones but I\'m guessing they will be better and I don\'t mind increasing the size as long as its an easy job as I\'m going to be doing it myself.

Secondly I\'m looking to get new suspension, my cars going to be partly track and partly road use so I don\'t want nothing rock hard that will break my back but I also I want it to be good for track use, what would you guys recommend me to go for?

Lastly if possible can someone tell the length off a 5speed rx8 gear knob lol.
