Electric causing idle problem?

Basically today i drove the rex during the day for once as usually its only on the weekends or after work so its dark...

What i found was that when the sidelights or headlights are on the car  idles fine as its supposed to but only when its all off does the car  begin to give a jerky idle like in neutral it\'ll rev about 850-1000rpm  and just fluctuate but when the sidelights or headlights are on it stays  at a constant rpm only fluctuating about 20rpm...Jay had me check the  hand controller and found the ELD light was flashing under i think  settings and then another menu but when the lights are on its filled  with a black circle, jay said he\'ll have a think about it but would also  appreciate any input that could point me in the right place! Thanks
