Sicknote

This year we\'re going to have fun with the four cars, dabble with TA and maybe Euro Saloons but in
general... have oooodles of fun of and get K-II and the Scooby on the front cover of Banzai.

Jaydee will be mapping the wee beastie.  :)

As we were working on the Scoobie to sort out an oil leak on the gearbox and the fact that were waiting
for parts we didn\'t work on Kermy, I just finished off the fuel filler necks and firewall tubing.

Sicknote

Apparently we\'re just about to build a church organ !!!

I think it\'s 2mm, will check when I get back to the workshop.

I\'ve just received word from the makers, the two cans have been fabricated and are being sent
tomorrow, we\'re putting a flange either side of them to make them easily changeable but also gives us
the option of putting two straight through pipes on to be MEGA LOUD for the shows !! wahahaha !  :D

Brett

That\'s brilliant!  I keep thinking of setting up a side exit again for the shows too :D

The exhaust system is a 4" downpipe then splits into two 3" pipes with two exit points
either side of the lock in the rear bumper.   Big HIGH flamage.  lol

I can see marshals getting a good toasting :Giggle

Righty, there were two jobs going on this evening... the first was the exits for the exhaust.

Lining em up

Plasma cutting the holes

Voila !!

Mmmm, maybe a bit too long !!  :)

She has a rather nice smily face on her arse !!

Machine guns at the ready !!

More mods to what used to be a nice C-West bumper

Welding them in place

The finished holes.

The holes will have a custom carbon cover and the 3" pipes that come through the holes will have a reducer
pipe welded on to make a 4" exit.

The seond job tonight was to position the radiator and intercooler so that we can make the brackets.

Temporarily securing the bumper to check for clearances

Securing the splitter in place to check fitment with the wider bumper.

Positioning the radiator to make the brackets

An overhead view of the newley sited Rad.
