I must admit with a new loom i can breathe easier everytime you race now lol.
Used to to think about every crimp connection working loose ha ha.

You needn't have worried, your side of the car has always been super reliable thank you.

Only reason the Adaptronic and the loom has to go is the quest for more power  >:D

That sums it up nicely,
How much more power depends on what the screen says when it comes off the dyno  ;)

You cant have to easy if you had been at the pointy end in this new series they wouldve banned you from this lol.

Umm... What Link can do that Adaptronic cant?

Yeah, those Cosmo intakes are rare and expencive...

But I have to ask, why did you choose to go this way? Cause I reckon that it would be easier and cheaper to port more that engine

Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

More porting or PP would just shift the power so far up the rev range that the thing would be undrivable in the wet and getting it off the corners!

Well, I just wondered, that you still have street port? Maybe going for just a bit secondarys wont raise power band too up?

Still Big Street Port Jarno and still have a bit of lag.
With water injection and more boost this will bring the power in lower down

Latest Race  Car update,

Now working in earnest, trying to get the car ready for the first race on March 26/27 Silverstone International.

I desperately need more power to be competitive this season, so the cars going to have the following upgrades.

Cosmo 13B intake
Hemi 85mm Throttle Body
Devils Water Injection kit to get more Boost Sir
Link Wire in Xtreme GX4 ECU

Super rare Intake is proving to be a challenge!.
I bought one that had been butchered with 4 injector ports stuck on the top.
Managed to get it tidied up and actually dummied up and onto the car yesterday and got it to fit without chopping the bulkhead.

Biggest challenge is the fuel rail, because the lower intake was also chopped about, its going to have to have something very special designed and made for a fuel rail out of solid bar to hold the injectors in the correct place.

I always try and operate with the old adage of "no such word as can't" but I am going to need a machinist extraordinaire to make this fuel rail / STEVE, STEVE are you listening  ;) ;)

Lastly, happily  I do have an expert who is coming on board to be part of the team that makes all this happen, who will be a big help for this year's campaign.
This is a someone who many of you know, all will be revealed in good time  :great:.
