Thanks Jon, appreciated.

Tomorrow is just a ride around really, I have even put my monster standard battery back on and a passenger seat.Never going to set the world alight like this, however, good or bad, a friend of mine wants to try out his gopro thingy so there will be some sort of footage :(

p.s. come on, where's our Rotary pics from the land of Aus ;)

All the best Clive

Ive got fingers toes arms n legs crossed....
Did not see many Rotary cars...handful of rx8s and 1 FC.  But i saw a norton, hercules, suzuki re5 bike...5 in 1 place.
I went to a car show and not 1 rotary....but v8s everywhere got some photos of those?

All is well Jon, FINALLY.

Went through around 12 gallons of fuel with no issues other than noise  :),

Tried a bung  up my single exit exhaust  but still got chucked off  :(  My mate brought over my Racing Beat twin exit exhaust for the afternoon.

Another friend of mine has just put this link up for noise comparison   https://youtu.be/WvaqgH1rmgI

re japi

Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Here we go, some in-car for you  https://youtu.be/iVB4Pu_AK1g

(disregard the second video behind it from way back as the engine was running rubbish and the clutch was slipping and eventuality stops the car)

Casey

Clive kindly fitted a passenger seat so a few lucky souls could experience the sounds, smells, handling and acceleration of the exorcised "Christine" on track at Brands Hatch; plus witness Clive's excellent car control first hand.

All I can say is  :c029:

The acceleration and cornering ability is stunning, and this is still with the car running conservative settings and Clive getting used to how the car handles for the first time at speed. The brakes are awesome, cf a normal RX-8, given the stripped out weight of the car. The ability to chnage direction really quickly without losing grip was astonishing (with reference to my RX-8)   :P

Awesome, I had a huge grin throughout the entire track session  ;D

Something I do when I'm concentrating  :D Ode to self always wear my full face when being filmed ;D.

Seriously,  yesterday was just a ride around day and I knew I was not going to get serious, hence the girly crash hat.

Hopefully when I dump probably 60 kilos out the car, reference stock seat and replace my full size car Battery with my Ballistic EV02 "hopefully" it will be a little quicker.
