Considering Selling FB.

Well after another period of careful thought I\'m weighing up my options in selling the FB again ! I would like to be able to trailer the FD to tracks because fuel prices just make it silly.

I\'m not interested in breaking the car. I\'ve just repaired the front end from a small shunt that needed a new wing and front bumper. It still needs buffing up and bits sticking back on.

Good Points :

13b 6 port engine, custom intake running a Impco 300A LPG carb. Running 125bhp a few years ago when was put on gas (hasn\'t been on the dyno since)

17in alloys, no curbing but could do with a little TLC in places (slight loss of laquer)

It is running on 100% LPG, not seen petrol in 4yrs ! Tank was updated last year with a 45lt capacity Tank with the boot getting cut out and mounting the tank in the fuel tank position. (Welding is  a bit rough but its worked perfect since being installed)

EGI FC Gearbox fitted about 4 months ago, tight as a nut and also fit a new clutch at the same time.

Minimum amount of rust underneath. Worst of rust is in the back bumper and is on my to do list. Got through last MOT fine in October 2011.

I polybushed the car a few years ago and it drives very nice for an oldskool motor.

It has a gold moon roof glass sunroof. These are very rare as far as I\'m aware, they only made so many gold tinted ones. Let alone glass sunroof.

I get approx 16-20 mpg out of her on a daily basis on the LPG. As good as a 40mpg Diesel.

Just Fitted a new set of tyres to the rear, fronts have some life in them still.

Double Core Radiator, FC Oil Cooler.

Starter motor was rebuilt about 4wks ago.

Bad Points :

The rear back box has blown its baffles out so the car is running louder than normal. Some people will class this as a good point. Was in the process of getting it replaced.

Quite a bit of bubbly rust on the outside body. It had been fixed a few times by a friend but needs some more attention. It isn\'t anything immediate though as I\'d just get him to look at it over summer.

It can be a bit fun to start. I have to turn it over 3-4 times before it starts but I think the gas is more the cause of the slow starting. It starts from hot and cold once the gas is in the system.

Mileage is quite high now at 154k

So I suppose the big question for me is how much is it worth ? I was thinking asking £1750ovno. It has had loads of money spent on it but needs some more. I\'ve seen some going for similar prices with a stock 12a setup with good condition body but they are completely stock.
