Many thanks to Clive and Lisa for arranging another great Spring Show. It was worth the long journey down to Brooklands.

Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the oppotunity to chat with so many interesting people about Rotary\'s.

Here are our selection of pictures from the day;

And can anyone suggest a \'clean\' suitable caption for this scene ?

Our version is; "At the impromptu committee meeting, Aston and Clive were in awe of Ian\'s explanation of his lenes \'zoom zoom\' abilities"

Thanks to all you great people who came from far and wide with your Rotarys yesterday and made this years Brooklands a really nice event, indeed it probaly had more of a laid back relaxed feel than in all the previous years, once again thanks for making Brooklands 2012 as without you all being there with your cars there would be no event.

Quite poignantly, this year we "stationed" ourselves at the old vintage petrol station, anyone would think our cars are petrol station magnets :o
All the best Clive

Grant Monkhouse

i will make this event one year, the rx4 will get done eventually and be the centre of attention at brooklands.

Many thanks to Clive and brooklands museum, this was indeed very well organised and really relaxed we had a good time.
It was nice that we were there, even without our car(s).
At least we brought an engine so everybody could see how this works (small) contribute.
It was very nice talking to Clive,Carl,George and all the others we have talked with we had a good time.
Next time we will be there with at least 1 car.

Regards Marcel and Marianne     (Netherlands).

Shame the weather wouldn\'t make it\'s mind up shorts wasn\'t a good idea, top day though and good to see the rotaries in all different forms, and see some great cars collecting prizes though someone needs to knock Clive off the old school podium.

Brett

Looks like it was a great day!  Due to a work issue kicking off at 2am I was in no position to come :(  Absolutely gutted.

It was great to meet you and have the time to chat about all things Rotary.
The exhaust manifold flanges you produce looked excellent.
Good luck finishing your cars (although I think Marianne will insist on having her\'s finished before yours !).
Hope you had a safe journey home.

Hi Chris,

It was very nice to meet you aswell and you really have a nice car :god
I like the work you put in to it and driving it on the road and track aswell.
The underneath of Marians car is almost ready so,the engine will go in this week.
I will put up a thread real soon so you can see what we are doing i know you gonna like it because we are on the same level.
The manifold flanges are nice i like them to soon we are gonna make custom manifolds as well (on demand) keep you posted.
Let me know about the intercooler anytime and i will be happy to help you with that as well.
