Hell with it, I\'m not waiting for a poll, I\'m just doing it!

Trailer is still being stubborn, mud is relentless, even after jacking up, getting some thick gym mat type things and plywood boards under the wheels after filling in the ruts. It\'ll be worth it in the end!

Ha, beat Ben too it!!

900 hundreds channels available on Tv and not one of them can produce a seriously good programme these days.

To much money being spent on realty tv shows such :censored::censored::censored::censored:ty xfactor!!! Aargh, I really hate that programme.

No one can take offence in this thread BTW, if you don\'t like what you read then don\'t read it.

For anyone confused this thread is for anything that you can\'t stand, hence "what grinds my gears!!"

Skifledanabit

if anyone is wondering about my first post...

as Will knows, but not a lot of you other guys do, I recently got a static trailer with the missus for us to move into so we can move out of our respective homes... lets just say, the snow really didnt help, now the thaw and rain we\'ve had has made it even worse... I\'ll let the pictures do the talking...

it just sank straight to its axle and chassis rails. We managed to jack it up and get some bricks under both wheels, it moved in the wrong direction and sank again. now the two pallet trucks we\'re using to jack up with have buggered up, one isn\'t holding pressure and the other has run dry so won\'t jack up at all... just a major pain, we\'re hoping to get some fluid in the dry truck and use that then shift it back into position tomorrow, but its a big hope, the tractor isnt getting very much grip in the mud, especially in reverse.

Oh, also, ripped my exhaust off on a bump in the field aaaand the PAS cooler pipe is STILL leaking!

and calm...

I\'ve just brought a cake, it\'s tasty. I\'ll post a pic tomorrow, it\'s cream, cake, nuts and what seems to be hard caramel chunks, the caramel bits stick in your teeth like they\'re glued! I\'m not exaggerating they\'re propper like cement.

The use of the word brought when people should use bought. This is an awful fail, when you buy something you have bought it. When you bring something with you, you have brought it with you.

Sorry Ben, it\'s not directed at you. I see it on all Internet sites.

It\'s jus the same as when someone says " can I lend a fiver " it\'s supposed to be "can I borrow a fiver"

Skiff if you need any advice ect then drop me a line... its one of my lines of work :P

Cheers Aston, just read the text, I think we\'re nearly there, the main issue now is getting the tractor tyres some grip because they\'re just slipping in the mud.

Yes I know, but I\'d prefer it was static where I need it to be, not 15ft away.

What grinds my gears?

Currently, my cats fighting at 0300.  My girlfriend\'s inability to understand the term "lie-in".  The price of petrol.  The price of diesel.  Forum warriors. Dyno queens.  But particularly mortgage statements, last year\'s one turned up today, and it highlighted that every time I pay the mortgage, about 50% of what I pay is interest charges, in other words it\'s lining someone else\'s pocket.  I know it\'s a necessary evil because I don\'t have the cash to buy a house lying around but it\'s grinding my gears seeing a lump of money I worked for going to some faceless organisation just for the privilege of lending me money.

On the upside tomorrow\'s Friday!

Skiff, if you want some muscle moving a caravan I spent my youth doing that with my old Landie.

Apparently putting details of your car spec in your signature means the nice folks on exile-rotorsport think you\'re a fool.  I can think of no higher compliment!

"Eat it with a chopstick!"

I think we basically have it sorted, just need to jack up one side again, fill in the rut a bit more with something a bit more solid, put something under the tractor tyres that will let it gain grip and we should be away.
