Carbon parts repair

Hey all.

I need to repair some, or rather all of the carbon parts on my body kit due to chips etc. None of the parts are cracked, so it looks like the top resin just needs repair.  Does anyone know if I can just repair this, and whats involved, oh and where to get the stuff as well?!

One section looks scratched rather than chipped, so can wet carbon laquer/resin be polished?
