***Japfest 2012 Tracktime***

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE (VIN:Laugh) - PAYMENT!!

Booking forms for Japfest tracktime sessions are now available and we want to get these back to Japfest asap to ensure we secure our track sessions. Japfest tracktime is always very popular, so the sooner we do this the better.

However, Japfest want full payment for the tracktime at time of booking. It looks as though we are quickly heading for TWO sessions so I would ask EVERYONE on BOTH lists to pay your tracktime fee asap vai the MRC shop;

This is the way the prices work;

[INDENT]Non members £30 per session
Full MRC members £20 for your FIRST session, £30 for the second (ie the club will subsidise one session).[/INDENT]

Remember, if you book individually with Japfest the ticket price is £35 per session.

Please pay up asap, the cashflow on the club funds at this time of the year is quite difficult, so we\'ll need the majority of the cash into the club before we can book our slot!

^^^ Jon, I recall last year that both Lisa & I were pestering the Japfest team constantly to get this information and we didn\'t get it until 14 April (having paid in mid January!!), and even then there was a caveat "this may be subject to change". Sorry, but I think this may be a problem for you booking other slots but, regrettably, it\'s outside my control.

Casey, No problem perfectly understand I got D K & Q for my little colt Gti. If it ends too close I can find someone to swap on the day!
