hey guys i might be asking a stupid question here...

i seen loads of cheap cheap universal blow off valve, stuff like Greddy RZ , HKS SSQV ect ect ... but was wondering if these are easy to fit if there universal... or should i just spend the money and get a BOV kit thats made for the stock Twin turbo set up ?

anyone share some light on me please.

rust

no one used a universal one before??

\'universal fitment\' typically translates as \'fits ****-all\' in my experience. What you get is simply a BOV with no fittings or brackets. You will need to get these fabricated yourself, and also make sure that the BOV is sized so that it doesnt foul on pipes etc. Much better IMO to get a model-specific one and save yourself a lot of heartache.

Just seen this, i brought a brand new HKS SSQV III which is universal
Pain to fit took 2 of us nearly an hour to \'bodge\' on
Kept coming loose too
Would be perfect if you wanted to weld onto a intercooler pipe
Brought a 2nd HKS with correct fitment
Took me 2 mins to fit ^_^
