1993 fd3s. Ok i have owned my car since 2007 and since then i dont think the boost has ever been 100%.

I had no boost on the first turbo so i found the solenoid valve that was gone and bought a new one. Now i have put it all back together with new vacuum hoses and i get the first lot of boost but as soon as it hits 4500 revs all the boost just hisses out could it be the relief valve not shutting when the butterfly valve opens?.

PLEASE HELP

or is it worth simplifying the system i hear people talking about or does that mess the whole system up. Thanks

Simplify the system along with going non sequential usually doesn\'t fix a problem ,

I drove 200 mile with a pfc to pip to sort my ongoing issue.

Thankfully he had it sorted in a half hour and its been the best money I\'ve spent

As above. Mine had a boost issue when I got it was chasing it for months then took it to Pip (WGT) sorted it the same day. So any boost issues now I just take it back to him best money I\'ve spent and still got my hair.

when u replaced the hoses, did u replace the check valves?

i had this problem. found it to be the check valve between the pressure chamber and the Y-pipe above the turbos.
