I am hoping to complete it, but two things are confirmed for sure.

One, she will be coming to rotorstock
Second, No, it wont be completed before RS. Because, say if Pip finishes it off today, I still need the tyres, which I have not bought. I still need to put the Mocal Oil Coolers on the car, I need to install the genuine R Magic Lights on her, I need to respray the front bumper, she needs a complete engine bay polished, etc etc etc

But, this does not stop me from going on a strip anyway loll.. Hence I will be up and racing in Jap Academy :)

Mir

Hahaha you still remember this, guess what? I am still missing one wheel nut on each wheel loll I blew my engine soon after RS! And eversince I spent all my time sorting my car out and never got round to put wheel nuts on her lollll

will be a pleasure to meet u again

580rwhp! Congratulations. You have had most people\'s pants down with that number alone, I calculate that at 725fwhp!

What sort of torque was it punching out?

Mir

@ grant once the final map is done, I am planning to post the Dyno graph! So people can see it.

All coming soon!

rob claimed this below from his dyno day, so id imagine its around 675bhp at the flywheel

Official figures 705.8hp 552ftlb torque with 599.9rwhp

if he can hit 680whp i think he will be just about 800bhp, give or take a few bhp.

need to remember pip is a hub dyno which might make the whp and fbhp closer together

Mir

Unfortunately had a sever problem with the wastegate. Pip was doing the final mapping and suddenly, the boost adjusted itself!!!! We never touched the boost gauage at all and the boost just creeped itself.. The dyno sheet does show that the boost creeped was experienced....Not happy at all... tomorrow he is going to sort the wastegate out and may change spring or port it or whatever he wants to do with it.

I just worked it out on 20% loss from fwhp to whp, either way it\'s still a lot!

I take it your doing tweaks to the map on your car everytime your at the strip then? To help suit for track conditions, temperature etc?

bits and pieces yes, we havent got a figure due to wheelspin on the dyno.

turbotoaster

it was more to show the difference between whp and fbhp at that sort of power level, i know now blitz has had a play with your map it might be a bit more.

If your struggling with wheelspin, is there anyone local with a hub dyno?

Ed_RX7

oh well done dude....so thats roughly 530 rwhp.......so we should se you hitting at least 140mph terminals......(if you only rev to 5500rpm) and around 150mph terminals if you keep it revving!!!!

cool:Thumbs-up

Ed, I am hoping the same but the car seems to be taking forever! I don\'t think I will have high terminals because I am still on street tyres! Pip had the car for over 2 months and still he has not finished it! But those who want to race me I welcome them to meet me on the motorway! :) I am sure they will enjoy my driving skills! :) :)

How about your 20b killer mate? Is it finished or your are like me waiting for it to finish?
