well, here i am again...............i just aint having any luck at all.
just got a call from pip at WGT, about my turbo 2, and he says it needs a new rotor and housing due to internal damage!:(
unfortunately it has taken me ages to scrape together the basic cost of a rebuild, so i cant afford it now all this damage has been found.

so i am looking to sell the car to anyone interested in opaying for the work, or doing it themselves.

its a white g reg, mot and tax have expired obviously, with a knackered engine. apart from that its all good. no pics to post but if anyone is seriously interested then just call pip at WGT for his assesment of the cars overall condition.
it only has 68k on the clock and has nowt else wrong with it so if your interested make me an offer.

sorry gents, no pics ( dont have a camera ), but i can honestly say its as solid as a rock body wise. if you need another opinion, just ask pip.
 and no i have not paid pip anything as yet, so this will need to ba taken in to account by anyone who is interested. ta

i think its a reasonable offer as you are talking about 2k - 2.5K for that rebuild if the damage is that bad - and even to sell it once its been done - i personally think that you would loose money on it

no offence stu, i appreciate you makin the offer, but if thats the best offer i get, i will keep the car just have the satisfaction of torching it myself:bandit

what would you want for the car - in real terms - as i may have to ask my mate if he wants to go halves

i just need a few bits from it - so that was my plan - take off the bits and scrap the rest

we could do with the MRC forum ( well OK clive ) to buy this car - then sell the parts to the members and maybe make some cash for the MRC forum

failing that i need a price for

1 - elec ariel
2 - rear hub ( possible NSR )
3 - air box lid ( says mazda on it )
4 - any toys you have fitted BOV,FCD etc..
5 - Oil cap ( from engine )
6 - has it got aftermarket wheels ?
7 - front decat ( again if you have one )
8 - long shot - front fogs ?

well, taking in to consideration how much the car owes me to date  (lots and lots)  and the cost of transport up to WGT (£200)  i would be willing to consider it if you doubled your offer. but thats only if the money goes in my pocket. i have no idea how much pip will want for his time and if your willing to pay that then we may have a deal. as much as it wounds me to get rid, cause i will miss it.......................

good thinking.........the last i spoke to pip was about 9 this mornin, and when we left the conversation he said he would do some ringing round to try get the price down some.........
hell, maybe all this is pointless and he will be able to it for less, i dont know. i think it would be best if i wait for his call and see how the land lies before i accept any offers.
as soon as i know anything then i will post a reply....

just an update

me and sean are interested in the car - all depends on the ££ that pip wants

my suggestion to him was to get a few of the lads from here to chip in for the car and we can work it from there

we already know that gman wants a bonnet

i need some stuff

but this could actaully work out about right ( he says ! )

hahahahaha:)  well at least you wont have to worry about dragging it away if you buy it!   i just cant believe it cost me 200 notes to get it up there, for it to turn out this way.........gutted.
