*sigh* well it would be different lol

Powdercoated anthracite or bronze would go well IMO.

I put some pics in your thread in the technical bit, so check it out matey :)

Right I have fitted the 20mm spacers on the front, then fitted the rims:

There is an issue with fitment:

Wheel is proud of the wheel arch by about 10mm, wheel does clear the OEM strut tower, tyre does touch/is very close to the front of the arch liner.

Looks like I am going to have to just run OEM rims on the front and FD rims on the back (exactly what I didn\'t want) I might just change everything back to OEM.

The above photo is at OEM ride height btw

Run 10mm spacers, and pull your arch liners out?

I\'ve run without arch liners for over a year now, 2 MOT\'s and no problems. Alternatively, you could just cut the front section of the liners out.

m1tch

By 10mm im meaning 10mms outside the edge of the arches, I think when I get my Ohlins suspension I might be able to run 15mm spacers or something which should clear everything with a smaller shock and spring combo?

Just painted and fitted the Efini centres :)

papercutout

Ah right, you have to have 20mm spacers to clear the shock?

Maybe the ohlins have adjustable top mounts? Just add a little camber (not much, it really affects tyre wear IMO - bad on a daily driver like mine, I run no camber) and done.

Or you could go round to papercutouts house and steel his steels ;)

All go and no show? Why are you painting them then :P

Also if It\'s all go and no show why don\'t you just bung the fd wheels on the back and keep the fronts stock? Thinner lighter wheels will have less resistance/inertia on the strip and the fd wheels can give you the extra grip for launching etc. Or you could just run a bit of stretch on the front with the fd rims

In fact, if you want light wheels, you want Mitsubishi Starion rims, even the 8J\'s are uber light, the 7J\'s are fantastic, best looking and lightest (probably) oem wheel EVER!

Ben, you\'re a comedian ;)

I was thinking that, but I REALLY don\'t want to have to keep taking the front passenger side rim off, the stud isn\'t the best so with the spacers fitted everything bolts to the spacer, therefore a better thread. I REALLY don\'t want to have to remove the spacer and refit the OEM rim, will have to see I guess :(
