couple of easy(for you lot) questions on various vacume/water pipes

Guys im working on an fd3s im putting back to standard(ish).

i have a couple of questions which i think i have answered myself but an answer from someone in the know be better please :-)

First one is the turbo actuators, in the pic comming off the l/h nipple on each one should they go to a a couple of nipples behind the actuators on the pipe off the turbo? and shold there be a pill in that line?

Pipe coming from under the uim was going to the double throttle control? which was removed by the previous owner so fine left blanked off?.

The throttle warm up has been removed and thats what these pipes would have done so are now redundent, with the bottom pipe emerging behing the alternator under the black vac box?
