Consequences, tips or cunning plans for wanting to go OTT with the ciggy lighter

Now i have a halfords split to 3 socket stylee thing (which yer not supposed to use the middle one for http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_1_5.gif\' border=0>) but i have more devices for that anyway so need to get an alternative set up.
So hard wiring i guess is the only real solution, or can you get like a 5 way splitter or sumin, but wondered if there was anything to be careful of or possible overloading or owt anywhere.....?

Well i have the road angel & bell detector thing which are already hooked up, i also have 2 jammers i will need to get hard wired when i get round to having them fitted, or possibly one plugged into back of roadangel & well a couple of other fruity little numbers i wouldn\'t want to give away just yet http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_10_4.gif\' border=0> lol

Why not take a feed off the stereo ign feed, run that through a relay which switches on a fused power supply directly from the battery.  You can add a switch to turn on and off the extra items all together, or individually, and bobs your brother\'s father\'s sister in law\'s fathers wife\'s grandsons sister\'s aunty\'s brother

Sounds interesting thou Bish almost like you know what yer talking about although it went right over my head i\'m sure if i can get sum1 knowledgable i\'ll try & get sumin sorted, the plan for the wiring sounds quite good too

it cant be that hard to hard wire all the stuff into one place ?

i have some stuff in mine and i just spurred it from the back of the cig lighter

this way it still runs thru a fuse and the dash is nice and neat without a load of stuff sticking out
