just letting you guys know that the video of 6.99@201.5mph pass is up now on     //www.fullboost.com.au        well worth the download of rotary history..will go faster when it goes straighter also...cheers  ps....that black hilux at end looks familiar and the yelling and screaming is from my mates and crowd....:D :wave :rollin :cool

What type of car is the Beretta that the 20B is transplanted in?

What do you mean by \'type\'?

Its a Chevy Barchetta and runs in \'pro stock\'.

yer the car is a chevy barretta prostock car that archie bought full turn key.with aluminium 400 chev engine..at the time of purchase was the fastest prostock car in australia running an 7.42@182mph  and he pulled out and sold the v8 and installed his 20b tripple turboed combo into the front etc..uses the same gbox which is an 5 speed clutchless titanium g force box....he has ran over 7 passes running more than 190+mph in a row and had car and the same engine combo in car for 10 months now untouched....thats reliability with big hp for you.....cheers   go the rotors:rollin :wave :D

Chevy Beretta, a US \'Coupe\' ran from early to late 90\'s not Chevy\'s greatest achievment but a lot of them were used as Pro Stocks and they appeared from time to time as Winston Cup cars

yer thats the one its based on...but has all carbon fibre panels on it except for roof and rear quarter panels....which makes it nice and lite......cheers:D :rollin

what a strange car to base a drag racer on!
I would have done it on a 2nd Gen RX7, I have not seen many drag cars based on that model, unless someone can enlighten me with some pics and vids

yer my mate bought this car of dyson......was originally 13b turbo with heaps of nitrous.....became to unrelaible and he sold it to tony who fitted his 20b set up ......now dysons have car back again ......and fitting there new 20b setup......cheers:wave :D ps...mazfix is way ahead of all these shops like this also.....they run big nos and still cant keep up......but allls god over here with shops all trying new things to go quicker....cheers:rollin :D

Did I hear some one say that Abel had run 200mph now too in the 6s?

Met Mario briefly at the weekend at Pod hanging out with the Sumo crowd - owner of \'GTR700\' (Ex-Viterimini or whatever it is/was called website) - fastest Skyline in Aus atm I think?
