Oil problem (in air filter)

Any Ideas,

Seem to have loads of oil in my air filter and also all down the intake pipe off it.
Is it normal to get this?

Turbo oil seals possibly, how old is the turbo install?

Are you running a catch tank??

Not sure how old the turbo set up is as I am the first uk owner.
Not running a catch tank :-(

Thought it was poss the seals,   oh dear
