Just looked at my rear tire and it is completely flat. Have not used the car all week.

I had a puncture repair last weekend, thought it was that, have taken the wheel off and covered in soapy water but cant find a leak.

It may be the old tire not sealing on the rim properly,

Is there some gunk that you can squirt into the tyre thro the valve and is that permanent or temporaqry since if I take the tyre back to the garage they may not be able to locate it now either :confused:

Any recomendations - I was looking forward to RS8 :mad:

Hi Keith,
For a temporary fix you could spray some tyre weld in the valve that might do it, but if it doesn\'t take it to a tyre bay and ask them to blow the tyre up and put it in a water tank and see where it is leaking from which should tell you where it is leaking from. It might be the tyre itself but if you get the tyre removed and look it might be that the outer lip of the rim is corroded, so take the rust off and change the valve.
Depending where you are in surry, when we met for simply mazda at pp services, just down the road is bridges scrapyard where i work at (in the tyre bay) go in there and they will be able to sort you out, dave is working there this weekend and he will help you. The earlier you get there the better because it gets quite busy later on in the day (they open at 8am).
It would be a shame not to see you at rotorstock
