Front Ground Points 1 and 2 - Remove Front Bumper?

I think I know the answer to this, but do I need to remove the front bumper to get at the front ground points numbered 1 and 2 in the Wiring Diagram Manual Page Z-19 ? (not near my car at the moment so can\'t check to see)

If you\'ve still got the proper re-bar, I\'d be VERY surprised if you could get to them without pulling it I\'m afraid.
