seat belt keepers?

Hi people just wondering if anyone knew where this could be purchased. I am on about the strap type thing on the upper part of the seats. I need both in good condition.
 
A mate has promised some from some seats, but I\'ll rather not abuse the friendship if it is something I can purchase from Mazda faily reasonable.
 
Any help greatly appreciated.
