Alrighty every1.

was curious to whether there is anything out there that can digitally show you info on how my Rex8 is performing?

Looking for something that i can view my mpg(purely out of curiousity), 0-60 times and stuff alone those lines. I.e. performance information.

similar to a odometer but with some extras.

Scangauge is a pretty decent bit of kit, shows mpg, and bhp, among a heap of other useful info :)

Isn\'t there something that works with the iphone - I think you need an obdII to wireless converter box - then there\'s software you run on the iphone - gets you all sorts of gauges and mpg and what have you :)

try \'Dynolicious\' if you have an iphone :WaveBye

Or the torque app on android, only works on obd2 cars so should be fine on a rx8

A mate of mine makes the Vboxes. He does the final production and testing.
Been asking him for ages to \'get\' me one ;)

Being a bit of an electronics nerd, I quite like what this chappie has done with the new propeller chip from Parallax:

That\'s quite a clever bit of kit for sure ;)

Some guy over in Sweden is running a blown Volvo engine using one of these chips in a diy ECU - clearly a powerful chip.
