Hi guys,

ive just purchased one of these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MAZDA-SPEEDO-CONVERTER-DELIMITER-RX7-BONGO-CHIP-/370221464421?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5632eb3b65

Need some advise on whats the best way to get the dashboard out to fit it. Need access to the rear of the clocks.

Anyone fitted one before? should be easy enough as it comes with instructions.

Cheers

I fitted one to my FD last year and i\'m about to take it out. If your putting it in an FD I can email you some picks of where its supposed to go.

Yea some pics would be excellent. If its dodgy fitting it behind clocks, some people mention fitting it next to the ecu if thats a better location.

Looksamc, how come your removing it? Did it work ok?

By the way it is for an FD

Cheers for replys

It works fine I thought I had to remove it as I am putting in a Power fc but i\'ve just been informed I don\'t ( Thanks Laeeq!!!! ). I\'ll take some pics tomorrow, give me your email and I\'ll send them to you.

Hey guys, fitted it today and seems to be working. Was hoping the odometer would change to show miles instead of kph, anyone know how to do that ?

L18M

i believe the ode will still say km but any distance covered from now on will be in miles.

cheers for letting me know, must be normal. When looking at the odometer in the right light, you can see that there is a "mile" light that could illuminate instead of "kph" would be interesting if anyone knew how you can get it to change, would make it look much better!

Anyone still got these pics? As I need to get one of these
