Wow, what a great bunch of people you all are and great to be with on a glorious sunny Sunday morning just enjoying each others cars, especially good to see so many new people as well,

If this first meet was anything to go by, it\'s going to be a great Rotary season this year :chat:chat
All the best Clive

Yeah, excellent day out, as always. What a turnout, only a shame we all scattered to the four winds when we got to Brighton and hardly saw anyone after that.

Just like to add thanks to everyone who totally failed to stop and help two damsels in distress (and me) when Ralph finally brewed up and copped a strop on Madeira Drive, thanks for the push you bunch of ****s hahaha :p

I got to drive a blisteringly fast v8 FD (very slowly) and a totally anarchic bridged RX4 today, so I\'ve had a fduking top day out and experienced both ends of the lunacy spectrum. Thanks to everyone for being lovely, and especially to Jo and Andy for letting me play with their best toys :D

I\'ll bung my pics up on Ada\'s thread since this ones already seven pages of random lol

Whoops, I thought you had just stopped to film the cars coming in and Jojo\'s RX-4 had its customary sip of water:o,

Jojo, you must have a word with Ralph, you must stop him keep crying wolf :2Confused.

Seriously, whip the rad out and you must have a radiator repair company in the area that will find that pin-prick hole by pressurising it and then mend it with a dob of weld for only something like 10 to 20 pounds,

Failing that take the grill out find and mark the hole with a marker pen, drain the water out below the hole  and plod it up with some plastic metal.

Put the grill back in and nobody will ever know.

Hope this helps
All the best Clive

As Clive has said, we thought you were just filming us all going in to the place when we drove by. Soz

Awesome day, great fun and what a way to run in a new engine.
Thanks to Clive and Lisa for waiting for me at clacket lane on the way there in the morning and for those that drive slowly and considerately while i was trying to keep up with only 4\'000RPM to play with.
Had a great day and would look forward to a return trip in the summer.

Thanks goes to all those that "organized" this and the numbers seem to be getting ever more each time.
Turbocharged 192ps RX-8 running Meth Injection on an Adaptronic
Fully Bridgeported 231ps RX-8 stripped for the Track

:o Sorry to the RX4 girls and guy I was one of the two 8s that stopped with Nigel in his shopping trolley if I\'d know you were having issues I\'d have help with my limited skills which probable would have been limited to telling Clive or someone else you need a hand or helping push it.
I had a great run even if by following two different black 7s I started off each bit going the wrong way .
It was nice following the two black sevens and the lotus through the southwick tunnel athough it did mean I did get to hear my borla zorst in the tunnel as it was drown out by the zorst on the 7s :Hammer.

Ha...Ralphy always spits his dummy out just as we\'re getting to where ever we\'re going......he just has to cool down again and then he restarts....no need for apologies-was all uphill to the car park from where we\'d stopped so would\'ve been a hell of a job to push!

Thanks Clive.....will get the rad off and fixed asap.....think he\'s still gonna overheat though even once that\'s fixed-dunno what else I can do to cool him down :3Confused

Had a lovely day out....great cars and great company and even a bit of sunshine thrown in-what better way is there to spend a Sunday :D
