traficstar DTS 3 piece split rims.... what they worth?

like the title says....
I know they are MEGA bucks new.... 4k + but second hand freshly refurbed.
going to be getting the center spokes powder coated gloss black & do the inlayed text in red (text that\'s engraved on one of the spokes on each wheel), with a polished outer rim.
the sizes of the rims are: 19x8.5 et36 fronts and 19x9.5 et41 rear.

anyway, any input and guide price you can give would be ace, and if you would be interested once they are done, even beter

..... unless I deside to keep them for my FD that it! LOL

They are off a Mk4 supra originaly by the way, so presume the offsets wouldn\'t be far off for the rex

This is the wheel in question (a new one) just so you know what we are talking about..... they are made by Maya & seem to be used on the high end stuff like ferraries, lambos etc these days! anyway, fire away guys

Big money new, as you say. However the problem is the offsets aren\'t that awesome on those, and they are 19\'s, so you lose a fair chunk of the market straight away, so you may have difficulty.
I\'d start at around 1k and hope that a Supra/Aristo/other luxobarge owner gets on the case

TBH they\'re more of a VIP look, so I\'d steer away from the gloss black centres - it\'s very dated now, and the red text could look very tacky and cheap. I\'d go with a silver/satin silver centre and polished lips, or even a full polish.

Nice wheels though

im nore of a fan of polished rim with anthasite faces like the rz alloys. think this would suit more than the black imo

the other oprion is I could get them powder coated to protect them & then bring them bang up to date by carbon coating the centres..... just to be a little different??

That will look hugely tacky and make them look like halfords rejects.

Nice aluminium silver with polished lip is the best look for those.

They\'re 3 piece so making them wider (thus mega cool) is pretty easy, lots of potential! Definitely good quality VIP look.

looks like this isn\'t going to happen now as the guy isn\'t replying to my PM\'s about them! all was go for the purchase & was ready to send him the funds (just needed his details) then nothing, not even a sorry matey gonna keep them! Realy narks me off when people do that!
