help plz interior

can anybody do me a nobs guide or direct to 1 guide that shows me how to undo the interior parts please last time i tried on my other car i ended up buy a new 1 then put it in. the bits that i want to remove is the centre heater control the clocks and the surround and the black plastic bit on the door car like the vents and stuff.
