Turbo advice

A guy from work has offered me a holset hx 35i single turbo for £200. He brought it for his `busa but its too big.
I don`t know much about turbo jargon ; ar 0.60
                                                                 4" inlet
                                                                 t4 flange ?
Is this enough for 400+hp?:xconfused
