Some ones smashed my roof in

So I went out to my car last week to find that someones got ontop of it and jumped the roof in. The damage is being assesed at the minute at my local garage (Top Gear Auto Developments ) but I dont think its going to be good, may even need a donor shell to build up with my parts.
Not the kind of thing you would expect to happen on an RAF camp a!
Also a sneak peak at the new baby Stig, said to be born in Jerusalem in the next series!

yes shell it theres a few nice ones around dave hg from bristol has a mint auto for sale but if you only want the shell ignore the auto but and it has a sun roof me thinks

cheers dude, the guys at the garage have made a start on the car, interior stripped and some of the damage pulled out, spoke to them about the structural intergrity of the car and they\'ve told me that so long as they dont have to do any major heating its not an issue. Also said the windscreen bizzarly enough plays a more important part than the roof :3Confused!
Anyway I\'ll post up later in the week when I no for sure whats happening. Might be in the market for a mint white shell, no older than a 94 \'L\' plate, completely stripped is fine, panels not even important, but roof must be in good nick!!! :p

Damn thats maddening, i would have been furious.
Problem with straightening roofs is the are such a big area, its almost impossible to get perfect  so you would almost always see it.
Think the way forward would be a reshell.

hey thats dam right sickening, sorry its happened and more so that its happened within the RAF circles. Any chance of it being caught on camera?

By the way where abouts are you chaps as I am based just by Swindon, not that i have made it a secret that I am now on Hercs lol

So its not all bad, the pillars and support bars around the roof are all fine, the re-inforcement bar that runs front to back down the middle of the roof was bent but has now been straightened and the roof has pushed out nicely with only minor filling required  (the roof is steel btw)
