Hi everyone, just wondering on this one, a mate is offering me a 200mph chute with bracket and cable etc for quite a low sum, would it be something useful for my T88 powered FC? I am worried that my mortal uprated brakes might not be enough lol

The car will be running over 500bhp when finished, so should I grab this now and sell it on later if I don\'t need it?

Wouldnt bother mate unless your planning on doing 9second runs:driving

turbotoaster

yeh theres big slow down areas at drag strips, look at the size of the tiny brakes some of the drag cars us that dont have parachutes

BlitzBoy

unless you are doing 9.5 second runs or 150mph terminals which require you to have a chute at Pod then dont bother, but buy it and sell it to me hahahahah

Depends on make, launching system and also suitability for car as they are all rated for different weights and speeds.

Its a Simpson race chute, rated to 200mph, with brackets and cables I believe, I think this is the product:

(chute only)
