Hi

Japfest 2010 tickets are now on sale, saving Â£6.00 on the gate price on the day.

Each ticket bought will be issued with a club stand pass to park on the MRC stand.

Please use this thread to list your name of people attending this event and please enter "Paid" when tickets have been purchased.

Maximum of 2 tickets per person.

Track tickets will be advertised separately

If i purchase the JAPFEST Ticket on the door (Â£20), would i still be allowed to be on the MRC stand?

Yes of course, all you need to do is request a stand pass nearer to the time of the event.

me and my brother have also bought are tickets allready but would like to come on the club stand, do we request the club stands from you guys?

You can just email me lisa@mazdarotaryclub.com your name and address details and I will send you out 2 stand passes for Japfest.

Please note that we usually do not receive the tickets and stand passes until about 10 days before the event.

On Monday we will pushing Japfest as our next event.

We have just one track session left - this is for the Novice Session (Intermediate that I requested is sold out)

Cost is Â£35.00 or just Â£25.00 if you are a full club member.

Briefing on the day is at 9.10 and your track session is at 10.20am There will be 5 of you booked on this session.
