Hello together,
I have the following problem!
I have a new rebuilt big streetport engine, and drive it with the base map (PFC)!
area in the lower speed running too rich and area in higher speed running too lean!
when I give gas at about 3000 revolutions, he takes the gas is not immediately!what can I do? where can I get maps? lambda values for and what should I pay up, have a full load and part load?
my mods:
-big street port
-stock twins
-stock ignition
-stock injection
-intercooler
-air intake
-downpipe
-midpipe
-catback
-bov and all other small things...
excuse my English is not so good = /
Many thanks in advance
regards

If I give gas the HEAT light sometimes lights up

the heat light is your knock sensor mate, the best thing is to go and take the car to get mapped because the last thing you want to do is run lean esspecially on boost as this can cause you to throw a tip.

The heat light could also be your injector duty cycle is too high, which is likely as you said its running lean at the top of the rev range. If the heat light flashes quick then its knock if slow flashes then its injector duty.

You really need it mapped correctly and if you are trying to map it yourself or live map it then again i would advise taking it to an established tuner near to you.

You could always take a road trip (with a trailer or seriously off boost) over to the uk for one of our tuners to map it for you, I know a few mrc members have taken the journey to germany a few times not least for a ring trip.
