Will these fit???

HI i have been offered these wheels but need to know if they will fit my fd3

They are 8Jx18

ET40

5x114.3 bore 75.0 5 stud

will these fit 225/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear?

I have no idea how to work out tyres wheels ect so sorry for another wheel fitting question

225 should be ok, but I cant imagine 265 getting on.  Im no expert though.

anyone else know if 265 will fit???

I have 17/255 at the momnet so dont want to go any smaller will 255 fit these?

I have 265 on rear on both cars.

Yeah 265 will fit easy on the rear, but these rims are only 8" which is why I didnt think they would go?

yeah, did look. 265\'s are too wide for 8" rims and could be dangerous. 235\'s would be much better on that rim.
