Lovely colour mate, car is looking fantastic.

Hope you get yourself set-up doing this full time mate for two reasons 1) good trustworthy bodywork guys are very VERY rare and 2) you live sooo close to me.

Once you get set-up mate send me a text as ill always recommend you ( for the feed headlight if nothing else lol ).

lol sorry mate, didn’t mean it in a bad way!

yeah i should be going into business with a lad called Paul, he already has the body shop running and has done for some time, but he wants a painter as he just want to be into the panel beating side of things!

Very nice work fella, can you let me know where i can get some of those plastic car covers, like th one you have covering the blue supra?

Thanks Neil

Bobbit

Looking sweet bud, well impressed. I might need your skills before too long as mine is in desperate need of a respray (which i might add, you did offer to do ages ago! lol) but also i need a dent pulling out of the car which was hidden buy the rubber side skirts but now i\'ve got the carbon ones on it look terrible (wasn\'t my fault btw)
Is Paul the guy who does the carbon fibre work?
Anyways, car looks great bud and best of luck setting up your own business, hope it goes well for you.
:Laugh LOL

it is a roll you get mate, from any paint supplier really.
they are about £20-£25 a roll, just pull it over the car and cut to length!

well got a few more lil things done to day,
i thought the car could do with a sorting out as it was starting to get a bit messy:

before:

after

then i finished off the rear bumper:

all preped ready for primer:

then a start on one of the doors, i forgot my paint stripper so started sanding off the stone chip, but its taking ages so they will be getting finished off tomoro:

then prep and prime the vents:

and my new carbon mirrors:

ENVYD

oh and Rob, Paul said around £200 as it takes a day or so just to flatten the bonnet down!

Bobbit

Sounds a little steep to me that bud, i\'ll see if I can flatted the bonnet myself and take it in to see if he\'d be happy with my efforts and then give me a price for the lacquering alone.
I like your mirrors, just got myself a plastic set from spa that I plan to cover in carbon, have you seen the thread on FD:UK about the bases?
