Put on a rubber glove of some sort (a washing up glove will do) when undoing it if its tough. Gives you extra grip and will help lots

Success! Well after about 4 other people trying to unscrew with no luck, tonight a mate managed it in about half a second!! Hopefully i\'ve not put it back on too tight. :Giggle
