Anyone drive their FD daily to work?

Up until 2004 my RX7 was a daily driver.  That means 12 years of using her every day.  It never left me stranded, never broke etc.  In 2005 she broke and that started my restoring adventure.  Needed paint etc.  The body and interior are almost complete.  Soon a new motor and on the road again.

im doing 130 miles a day so i dont use my rex!! i`d have to do an extra 4 hours to pay for fuel lol

I used to drive my FD every day to work, but I was spanking something like £230 a month on petrol, so I got a little run-about and now I spend probably a quarter of that.

I recently had to drive it again for a week as my Dad\'s car broke down, and I loved every minute of it...you just have to resist the temptation to blast it from point to point.

I do most of the time. Only 10-15miles per day but it\'s a good spank to work and back.

£50 a week in fuel though!!! lol

although there is a particularly pretty girl who gets on the bus I do if I don\'t drive - so may have to leave rexy in the garage for a while until i pluck up the courage to ask her out. Then put her in the back seats so I can see her knickers when she gets out.... :Giggle :yes
