Well done for getting her completed in time for RS10 Steve - it looks a magnificent job you\'ve done there! Shame I couldn\'t make it this year to see her, but the photos show you\'ve shown a lot of attention to detail :Thumbs-up

Just had a quick flick through and the change from when you started was un-believable!

I like the \'it wasnt as bad as i though\' that kept popping up.
Looked pretty bad too me lol

Just had another look through your thread, you\'ve done an amazing job, brilliant work. I\'m going to draw on this for motivation for when I inevitably lose the will to live with mine hehe :)

Well as some of you will know i took the RX3 to Japfest
It generated a lot of interest and had some fantastic feedback, not bad for a 1973 Mazda :D
Well chuffed with how it all went including the 4hr 45 min drive home that was very uneventful, thankfully :D
But that said, even though it looked like a nice neat RX3 i have never been happy with the paint finish, a few imperfections spoiled it for me.
So today we started Rubbing it down for another coat of paint :)

This is how it looked before and after we started rubbing it down today  :)

You did what??? I thought that paint job was good, I didnt see nothing bad in it :)
Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Paint job was good thank you Jarno :Thumbsup!, but i knew it could be better and the car deserved it :)

After the fantastic day we had at Japshow it spurred me on to redo the paint and finish restoring the interior.

so i have lots of goodies on the way from Aus :driving
