I was wondering if anyone had some way of figuring out info on my FD\'s vin number. FD3S-110171

Yeah that website was no good it was for US and canadian vin numbers not Jap.

a very useful mr fil_auto answered this very same question for me when i first joined

Nice info say mine was released 1992 march 29 just happens to be the day I got married hmmmmmm it was meant to be lol. How do I find out what model RB RS and such?

Info I\'ve found on your Vin shows born on 29.05.1992.....

therefore I reckons you have an RX7 FD3S Type R...... defo if you have 2 oil coolers.....

Yep sure does have two oil coolers. So does that mean its a type R?
