hey guys, im ordering a new set of wheels and just want to make sure that 9.5 inch is ok on the front of my fd? it has chargespeed wide arches on the front which i think are 20mm wider than standard.
just wanna make sure there are no problems on full lock or anything
thanks

by the way i think the tyres that come with the wheels are 265 wide if that helps.

What offset are the wheels? :)

robbierx7

the wheels are a 20 offset.:driving

think you`ll struggle with 20et. do they do 8.5 for front with 235 tyre?
if i had 8 hour to cut down a tree. i`d spend 6 sharpening the axe

they do 8.5 but there a 38 offset and im not a bit fan of havin spacers on?
wat yous think?
the rears are 9.5 on a 10 offset but iv 50mm arches so will be ok.

think you`ll be ok with the rears JUST!!!!. but dont think the fronts will work mate.

spacers are ok just get the quality ones that you bolt to the hub then you bolt your alloy to spacer.   not the poop packer type that supply long bolts.

if you got 20mm spacer i think it would be ok

9.5 et20 will tuck the tread with a 225 :)

There\'s NOTHING wrong with spacers with longer studs. H&R ones are TUV approved - they can\'t be that bad ;) I\'ve run them on various cars for about 30k with no issues - road and track.

Rears will be fine if you have done the rear arches properly - I.e. cut out the original lip :)

You may have issues with 265\'s on the front though.

the wheels i have on are 38 offset, and the arches are now 20 mm wider.
if i put 20 mm spacers on, wouldnt that be more or less the same as getting 20 offset wheels??
also what about stretching maybe a 225/235 tyre on. would that give me the clearance i need???
thanks for the help lads.

Yep, and yep  :)
I run 225\'s on a 9.5j et20 on the front on stock bodywork :)
