The car dies on thursday night, turned out that the live feed to the fuel pump was knackered, took it to a garage (Jurgens) and they sorted it (not sure how, some thing about another feed from the fueling set up:confused: ) so it starts and runs fine. But once boost builds up to 7-8 psi the car cuts the power and it back fires like a cannon. Could it just be limp mode? I\'ve got a redom ecu so do these have a limp mode?
Thanks
Rob

I had the same problem a while back. I just disconnected the battery for 30 seconds to reset the ecu and it was fine after.

Sounds like its running out of fuel on boost, did they replace the fuel pump?

The answer was yes, i was in limp mode. reset the ecu and all seems ok.
Although i\'m sure there is still a prob with the electrics as the fuel light flickers from time to time. I filled up today just to make sure and it flickered as i pulled out from the garage. Grrr!
Thanks for the offer Neil, you\'re more than welcome to pop over one weekend if your free and have a look at the fuel set up, I\'d really appreciate it bud. Let me know when you\'re next free mate.

Ok bud, thanks.
Enjoy the stag do, was in York this weekend on a stag do, won about £10 at the races, the stag got thrown out of a strip club and the best man got thrown into a radiator at the youth hostle we stayed at, knocked it clean off the wall at 3.30am, leaked all over the floor. Oh happy memories.
