It\'s actually an urban renewal developement around Brighton station, the council had proper graffiti "artists" paint all the hoardings surrounding the worksite so that they wouldn\'t end up just scrawled all over with tags and rank idiocy. They rather intelligently decided since they were gonna get graffiti-ed anyway, might as well make them look fantastic from the off. Big up to Brighton Council
