I\'m confused about this - I guess it\'s something emissions related, but I can\'t figure out the point in the FPR solenoid, and whether or not i can delete it?
I\'m using an Aeromotive FPR, and was just going to take a vacuum/boost feed straight from the IM. Do i need to still use the FPR switching solenoid?

I guess on the stock setup it switches vacuum feed so it only runs at base pressure under certain conditions, or stops the stock FPR seeing vaccum or something?!

Also, the oil injector jet vacuum sources - if i remove the FPR solenoid it means i can remove half of the hardpipes on top of the rat\'s nest - only thing is that there is a bit of pipe for the oil squirter vacuum - Can I just tee the feed that it takes for this and run silicon straight to the squirters? If so, i notice it\'s quite a large bore pipe that they feed from - is the diameter of hose used important? I was going to use 3mm from the tee to the jet, and 4mm from the hardpipe to the tee.

Cheers all :)
